Mono Pigment Developments Ltd is a specialist distributor of Aluminium pigments, Carbon Black and Special Effect pigments based in the UK.
MPD offer an exciting range of “MonoSilver” pelletised aluminium pigments for the plastics compounding market.
This range offers both “Silver Dollar” and “Cornflake” aluminium pigments with average particle sizes ranging from 9 to 95 microns.
MPD also offers a selection of high quality aluminium pigments suitable for both the automotive and
industrial coatings applications. The range consists of 12 bright “Silver Dollar” pastes. Samples
and stocks of these pastes are held in our UK warehouse.

MPD have developed a new range of aluminium pastes designed
for water based coatings. Our products are passivated by either a Chromate or Silica. These grades will offer excellent
resistance and brightness
Carbon Black pigments are new to the MPD portfolio. At present our “MonoBlack” range consists of 14
beaded grades that offer a close technical comparison to products offered by other major manufacturers.
MPD’s portfolio of special effect pigments also consists of “MonoPearl” white and Super
White pearlescent pigments, aluminium chopped foils, colour change and glass effect pigments. Both MPD and all its manufacturing partners have been awarded ISO9001:2000 accreditation,
and all products have been pre-registered with REACH.
