SOLVENT BASED “MONOSPARKLE” ALUMINIUM EFFECT PIGMENTS
These grades are aluminium pigments that are termed as “Silver Dollar”. They are used to provide brilliant high sparkle metallic appearance with high opacity. The uniform geometric particle shapes and highly controlled size distribution range helps achieve a most smooth, electroplating-like metallic effect.

SOLVENT BASED “MONOLUSTRE” ALUMINIUM EFFECT PIGMENTS
These grades are coarse non-leafing aluminium pigment, range D50 from 16um to 58um. They are currently used in a variety of coating applications to achieve high sparkle and brilliant effect. These types of aluminium pigments are known as “Cornflake” grades.

“MONOBRITE” WATER BASED ALUMINIUM PASTES
The water based paste range is manufactured using Diethylene Glycol. The pastes also pass through a passivation process allowing them to be used in water-based applications. As a result this range of pastes has a level of stability suitable for many industrial coating applications. This product range is to be expanded during the next 6 months, with newly developed grades offering higher levels of passivation and technical excellence.

SUMMARY:
These products represent the majority of our product range. Other products are available upon request.
We hold sample stocks of our pigments to allow us to send samples to potential customers for evaluation. However stocks are only held where specific products have been approved by customers and call off orders placed.
The standard lead-time from placement of order to being in stock for our Silver Dollar pastes is 3 weeks. For the Cornflake and Water based pastes the initial lead-time will be 6 – 8 weeks.
Following this initial lead-time, specific agreed levels of stock will be held for each individual customer, to ensure continuity of supply.
